a very interesting read! the only thing that surprises me in this article is that Apple doesn't conduct any market research. i am sure they are doing most of the things right, but still i cannot digest how can they survive in the technology industry without market research. doesn't matter how good your people and processes are; in this day and age market research is a must!
ReplyDeleteI was also shocked at the statement made by the author that Apple doesn't do market research. Most of the products launched without proper market research usually fail.
